For any unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only if they were not modified or used. This includes chalk being applied to the leather.

Products that appear to be defective within our 4-month guarantee period are eligible for replacement at no cost. This includes excessive stretching, tears or rips to the leather or stitching. Grips that are purposely cut or modified void this guarantee.
